How do I know if I am a corporate member?
Our corporate members are listed on our website in the Corporate Opportunities section. Each corporate membership has designated Associate Members who are eligible for membership benefits including event fee discounts. The corporate membership Administrator manages the Associate Member list. Simply contact us at
info@churchillclub.org to find out who your company's Administrator is.

If I am a corporate member, how do I make reservations for an event?
As an Associate Member of a corporate membership, you can make reservations online since the system will automatically recognize your log-in information and membership status. You can also email us at
info@churchillclub.org. Events are ticketless and pre-registered attendees can pick up a pre-printed name badge at the check in table.

How do I register with a corporate coupon?
Corporate coupons are good for individual seats at any event that is not identified as a Premium program. Your corporate membership Administrator has access to the paperless corporate coupons and can give you an assigned coupon number - you simply enter this number at the Checkout Review page when making your advanced reservation. Corporate coupons are not applicable to Premium events or Reserved Tables. The Churchill Club does not accept complimentary corporate passes on-site at programs.  All corporate passes must be registered at least 3 days prior to each event.  We reserve the right to limit the number of corporate passes accepted per event and/or per company.

How do I purchase a Reserved Table?
Reserved Tables can be purchased online with a credit card - simply select a Reserved Table for the desired event at the Event Registration page. Unless otherwise specified, these tables seat 10 people. You will be able to enter the names of your table guests during the registration process, and you can edit these entries up until 11:00am on the day of the event at the My Membership section. These seats are also ticketless and pre-registered attendees can pick up a pre-printed name badge at the Reserved Table check in area.

To request an invoice for a Reserved Table to pay by check, simply contact us at info@churchillclub.org. Payment must be received prior to the event. Your table guests may be entered the same way - simply go to the My Membership page.

Our corporate members are given highest priority for table location based upon membership level (highest to lowest) and payment date. For multiple table purchases, we can accommodate TWO of the tables for premium placement with the rest being dispersed further away. At certain programs, there may be a limit to the number of tables available for purchase.

I am the Administrator for my company's corporate membership - what do I do and how do I do it?
Once you are designated as your company's Administrator, we will make sure we have a current profile for you in our system and set you up as the Administrator for that membership. The Administrator for a corporate membership has the ability to manage the following:

All of these things can be done by logging in to the website and going to the My Membership page. The system will recognize you as the Administrator and show you the appropriate links to manage these corporate membership benefits.

What are the benefits to our designated Associate Members?
Once you determine and assign your Associate Members are, they are able to take advantage of the following Member benefits:

Our company would like more visibility - how can Program Sponsorship help our marketing efforts?
Program sponsors receive visibility and direct business development opportunities with an audience expressly interested in a specific topic. Sponsorship also allows you to show your support when a client or potential client is speaking on an event panel.

Event sponsors receive:

Sponsorship fees usually range from $3,500 to $7,000 depending upon the program. And you can be listed at the top of the list, if you're the first company to commit to sponsoring the event.
